The Nia House provides protection, security, stimulation, support, boundaries, and affection tool student’s. All students will be treated with the upmost respect, dignity and as individuals within a child-oriented environment, rather than teacher directed program

 

Activities are planned and implemented in an open setting, while giving the students freedom of choice from age appropriate activities, including but not limited to art, music language arts, math, and dramatic play. We promote independence, self esteem enhancement, and problem solving.

 

One of our most important goals here at The Nia House, is the safety of each and every student. We always want the students to understand that they cab depend on the staff and will be treated with nothing but respect and kindness. We also understand that each student develop at their own rate and we will strive to meet their individual needs.
